Frederick was born in the heart of a fishing village in Ghana. He watched his father leave before dawn and return exhausted — if he returned at all. At a young age, Frederick lost two close relatives to the sea. His mother, a resilient fishmonger, often sold her stock on credit just to feed her children.

Frederick never forgot.

“I still remember the look on my mother’s face when she had nothing to give us. I told God, if He ever lifted me, I would go back and lift others.”

Years later, Frederick did just that. Moved by the plight of his people and guided by faith, he founded Fisherman’s Wharf Ghana. Today, his story is the story of every child we feed, every widow we help, and every fisherman we protect.

Frederick’s legacy is not just in what we do — it’s in who we do it for.
